Discover Bhutan on a thoughtfully paced journey through its most beautiful valleys, historic towns, and sacred mountain monasteries. Beginning in Paro, we travel across the high Chele La Pass into the quiet Haa Valley, where village walks, ancient temples, and local experiences offer a gentle introduction to Bhutanese life. We return to Paro to hike to the iconic Tiger’s Nest Monastery, dramatically perched on a cliff, before continuing to Thimphu to explore the capital’s grand dzongs, museums, and vibrant markets. Crossing the scenic Dochula Pass, descend into the lush valley of Punakha, home to Bhutan’s most magnificent riverside fortress, and then journey east over Pele La to the historic town of Trongsa. The trip culminates in the wide glacial valley of Phobjikha, where peaceful nature trails wind through alpine meadows and traditional villages beneath the Gangtey Monastery. Blending gentle hikes, cultural exploration, and spectacular Himalayan scenery, this journey offers a rich and welcoming introduction to the landscapes and living traditions of Bhutan - one the happiest countries in the world!

Arrive at Paro Airport and meet your guide before setting off on a scenic drive over Chele La Pass (3,988 m), one of Bhutan’s highest motorable passes. Stop for sweeping views of Mt. Jomolhari (7,314 m) before descending into the serene Haa Valley. Visit Lhakhang Karpo & Lhakhang Nagpo and explore the traditional village and local market.
Spend the day immersed in rural life. Enjoy a gentle hike to Katsho Village or Chundu Lhakhang, visit a farmhouse for tea or a butter-making demonstration, and unwind in the evening with an optional hot stone bath.
Drive back to Paro across Chele La, stopping for a hike to Kila Goenpa Nunnery (3,500 m) — one of Bhutan’s oldest nunneries, beautifully perched on a cliff. Return to Paro and spend the afternoon exploring the town or relaxing at leisure.
Embark on a morning hike to Bhutan’s most iconic site, the Tiger’s Nest Monastery (3,120 m), dramatically perched on a sheer cliff. Later, visit Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most sacred temples, before enjoying a relaxed evening in Paro.
Follow the Paro River downstream to Thimphu, Bhutan’s vibrant capital. Visit the Buddha Dordenma Statue, Memorial Chorten, Folk Heritage or Textile Museum, and the grand Tashichho Dzong. End the day with a stroll through Thimphu’s lively craft bazaar and cafés.
Begin the day with a short drive to Hongtsho, then hike up to Dochula Pass (3,100 m), adorned with 108 chortens and panoramic Himalayan views. Continue your drive down to Punakha (1,250 m), stopping optionally at the Royal Botanical Park in Lamperi.
Visit the majestic Punakha Dzong at the confluence of the Pho Chu and Mo Chu rivers, then take a short walk to Chimi Lhakhang, the Temple of Fertility. After lunch, drive east across Pele La Pass (3,420 m) to reach the historic town of Trongsa.
Tour the impressive Trongsa Dzong and Ta Dzong (Watchtower Museum) before continuing to the glacial Phobjikha Valley (2,900 m), famed for black-necked cranes (Oct–Mar). In the afternoon, enjoy a gentle walk along the Gangtey Nature Trail through open meadows and villages.
Enjoy a scenic drive westward through forested valleys and mountain passes. Pause at Dochula or Wangdue Phodrang for tea or lunch, then continue to Thimphu for some final shopping, café-hopping, or quiet evening relaxation in the capital.
After breakfast, drive to Paro International Airport for your onward flight. Bid farewell to your guide and driver, carrying home the warmth and serenity of Bhutan’s mountains, monasteries, and timeless charm.

  • - 5% TCS applicable for Indian Nationals travelling outside India (can be filed for IT return). [Has been changed to 2% from FY 2026-27 onwards]
Cancellation terms

If it becomes necessary to cancel your trip, you must notify the office immediately in writing. The following terms would be applicable. 

• More than 45 days prior to departure - we will refund the entire amount received by us minus a processing fee.
• Less than 45 days prior to departure - 25% of the Trip Cost as the cancellation charges and we will refund the balance.
• Less than 30 days prior to departure - 50% of the Trip Cost as cancellation charges and we will refund the balance.
• Less than 21 days - the entire amount would be forfeited.

The tour price is quoted as a package. No partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. We recommend that you obtain cancellation travel insurance upon booking. If you can replace your spot by getting someone else to take that seat, cancellation charges would be waived completely.
