Booking Terms

Your contract is with White Magic Adventure Travel Pvt Ltd. 

Below are the details of the terms and conditions of the booking agreement. Please read them carefully. When you make a booking and we accept it, a legally binding contract is made. When you sign a booking form or fill one in online, you (and any other person on whose behalf you book) agree to accept all of these conditions; you acknowledge that you have read the relevant trip information and also the general information. You also warrant that the information given by you on the KYC form is complete and true. This contract is made on the terms of these booking conditions.
 

1. How to Book:

To reserve your place on any of the trips organised by White Magic Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd.,

  • - Inquire about the trip you want to undertake (be it scheduled departure or a customised trip) and confirm your participation on the email correspondece.
  • - You will receive a 'Confirmation Mail' from our office after which you make an advance payment.
  • - You will then receive a 'KYC Form' from our support team, the submission of which completes the booking process.
  • - You will need to make the full and final payment before the date which will be communicated to you.

 

2. Payment:

We accept all modes of digital payments - Credit Cards, UPI, Bank Tranfer for both Indians and Non-Indians. Visit the payment details page for all the details.
 

3. Cancellation:

If it becomes necessary to cancel your trip, you must notify the office immediately in writing. The cancellation terms are different for scheduled departure and customised trips. For scheduled departures, the cancellation terms are trip specific and are mentioned on the respective trip pages. For custom departures, the cancellation terms would be specified in the Confirmation Mail you would receive from our office.
 

4. Force Majeure:

White Magic Adventure Travel Pvt. Ltd will not be liable to pay the participants the compensation/refund if it has to cancel or change the travel arrangements in any way because of war, riot, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that may amount to force majeure.
 

5. Travel and Cancellation Insurance:

It is important that you must be covered by adequate insurance for the complete duration of your trip. Your insurance must include cover for; medical expenses, injury, death, cost of repatriation and evacuation via whatever means necessary including by helicopter/air ambulance. If, in the event of an emergency medical rescue or evacuation from a trip, either by foot, helicopter or otherwise the responsibility for the payment of such costs will lie directly with you.  Any subsequent costs incurred for expenses such as hotels, food, transport etc shall be borne by you. We do not check insurance policies. All baggage and belongings are entirely at your own risk at all times and we will not take responsibility of loss, damage or accident to any luggage or property.
